Our client, a well established Singapore commodity trading and mining company is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Director for its Jakarta office.The job incumbent will report to the CEO :-

Responsibilities:

Responsible for full spectrum of HR which includes recruitment & retention, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, succession planning, training and development and employee engagement.

Develop HR strategies and practices that provide an employee-oriented and high performance culture

Provide advice to management/line managers on HR matters to achieve the operational and strategic objectives

Responsible for HR policies and practices reviews and implementation

Responsible for HR budget management

Formulate strategies for recruitment/ talent retention, performance management, career development management and reward system

Drive employee engagement initiatives

Partner the CEO and departmental heads on organization structure reviews

Drive and implement learning and development programs and training to ensure training meets business requirements

Requirements:

A good Degree/ Masters in HRM or relevant discipline.

Minimum 15 years of experience in HRM of which 3 years in similar capacity or Senior HR Manager role.

Strong leadership, analytical and creative skills to understand issues and develop creative solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
