Role: Human Resource Executive
Responsibility
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource Functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, industrial relations and training & development
- Responsible for identifying business needs, developing and implementing HR solutions, programs interventions & processes in support of the organization ability to achieve its business goals.
- Responsible for all HR issues, programs and initiatives that arise within the assigned area
- To oversee and ensure effective and efficient implementation of human resources management and development so as to attract, motivate and retain the right people required to achieve the organisation's objectives.
Qualification
- Male / Female min. 30 years old.
- S1 degree major Psychology/Law/Management or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English
- People & Relationship Management
- Have Knowledge and Experience in Human Resource Recruitment
- A minimum of 5 years experience in related HR field
- Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory laws
- Ordinances, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling, Training
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in computer skills.
