Requirements:
- Min. Holds Bachelor Degree on Law background or from reputable law firm
- Male/Female, max. 45 years old
- Having at least 3 years experience in legal corporate from palm oil company business
- Know well of process land of acquisition and others process legally of the land status
- Strong knowledge for corporate legal aspect at palm oil business company
- Good analytical and expertise with legal and business company
- Good command written and spoken in English & familiar with Microsoft Office skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills, time management and organizational skills
- Work based at Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan)
Responsibility:
- The position will be responsible for managed and advising management for legal aspect business company for business plan and operation activities
- As represent the interest of the company which involve and impact to legal aspect company business
- Give advice and assists management in providing legal advice and counsel on handling litigation and other legal matters
- Managed and review all of legal aspect documents or contract which impacted to the company business (contract, agreement, license, permit, etc.)
- Handled for all of transaction business especially for process land of acquisition and others process legally of the land status
- Managed and developing land compensation policies and procedures for company and all of legal aspect matters for company
- Liaise and network with external legal counsels, authorities and regulators, or government related
