Requirements:
- Educational Background : Minimum S1 in Law ( Preferably S2 ) from reputable University
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the same area ( experience in Palm Oil Plantation much preferable)
- Possess advocate licensed
- Able to make company contract, implement legal due diligence, give legal opinion
- Fluent in English both in oral and written
- Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Having an effective communication skill
- Possesses the ability to coordinate, influence and lead people
- Having the attitude of honesty, integrity, Initiative as well as self discipline
- Proactive Cooperation in the work environment
- Willing to travel to site when required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the protection of the Company's reputation and interest
- Ensure communication and coordination with other division on Legal matter.
- Share legal knowledge with internal clients in order to create legal awareness inside the company.
- Anticipate new laws and regulations within the area of responsibility
- Manage legal paper and documentation filing
- Company contract, implement legal due diligence, giving legal opinion
