Lowongan Manager Human Resource Department

Banten - Tangerang

Responsibilities:
- To develop training and development programmes based on both the organization's and the individuals's need.
- Lialise all department in training activities and training evaluation

Requirements:
- Support and execute the implementation of any improvement program, e.g. Kaizen Improvement and other related programs to ensure the execution is running effectively.
- Having knowledge in Management Process.
- Possess strong communication skills, problem solving, follow through action and decisions with of urgency, ready to work underpressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
