Responsibilities:
- Managing all manufacturing and SCM operations
- Responsible for production planning, manpower development, process improvement, delivery commitment and product quality
- Enhance and maintain safety standard, security measures consistent with Company policy and implement good house-keeping programs
- Establish priorities and goals for assigned personnel and monitor performance
- Involvement in preparation, coordination and planning to meet pilot run schedule and mass production plan
Requirements:
- Male, Age Max 40 years old
- Min S1 in Production/Engineering Discipline related with 5 years of relevant experience of which 3 years in management position
- Possess good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills as well as knowledge on industrial relations and Factory Act
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
