The qualifications are:
- University graduate in Law from reputable University
- Experience as an Intellectual Property Rights Officer and has good knowledge in both contentious and non-contentious Intellectual Property Rights matters, particularly for Patent
- Good command of English (spoken & written) & Computer literate
- Strong Leadership, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Multi tasking Individual as well as team player
- Positive mindset and attitude
- Independent, resourceful and keen to learn
- Able to work in a dynamic working environment
- Organized, able to work effectively in order to meet deadlines, able to work overtime if necessary
