Responsibilities :
- Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
- Determine real estate standard and category
- Create lease agreement
- Negotiation with landlord
- Prepare timetable, checklist, and handover process
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Male / Female, max 40 Years old
- Min. 5 years experiences handling property analyst or site expansion in retail/ property consultant/ banking.
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking, & negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
