Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- At least three years of military, police or security experience and 1 year supervising experience are required.
- Level III (Good Working Knowledge) speaking/reading/writing in English, and Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing in Bahasa Indonesia are required. English proficiency will be tested.
- Must have knowledge in the use of communication equipment, video recorders, and cameras is required. Must have knowledge of general security practices and knowledge of surveillance detection operations.
- Must be willing to work different shifts. Must be able to complete necessary logbooks and write and review reports. Must be alert to unusual conditions. Must be able to follow instructions. Must possess computer skills (windows application).
- Must have valid driver's licenses - each copy of SIM-A and SIM C must be attached to the applications.

Kualifikasi yang diperlukan posisi di atas adalah:
- Minimal berijazah SMU
- Minimum mempunyai 2 tahun pengalaman di area militer, kepolisian atau penjagaan dan 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai penyelia.
- kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik dalam pekerjaan -,Level III dan fasih berbahasa Indonesia - level IV (harus lulus test)
- Mengetahui cara menggunakan kamera, video recorders, alat komunikasi dan penggunaan kendaraan. Mempunyai pengetahuan mengenai praktek pengamanan yang umum dan operasi deteksi pengawasan.
- Mau bekerja dalam shifts yang berbeda, mampu membuat laporan yg akurat secara tertulis dan verbal. mampu melengkapi logbooks yang diperlukan serta menulis dan memeriksa laporan. Harus mampu untuk waspada dalam keadaan yang tidak wajar. Mampu mengikuti instruksi. Memiliki kemampuan menggunakan computer (Windows applications).
- Mampu mengoperasikan berbagai macam kendaraan. Harus melampirkan foto kopi SIM A dan SIM C di dalam lamaran.
