Responsibilities:
- Candidate will handle of architects function from concept design to construction stage.
- To achieve the project's target to fully express design ideas and able to communicate with project team and clients.
- Monitoring portfolio design with excellent design and good time management.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers at various stages of the project.
Requirements:
- Male/Female,
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectfrom reputable university
- Minimum GPA / GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Full-Time positions available
- Building construction, standard materials & preferred advanced analysis & design concepts including computerized design calculations
- The ability of computer (XRef,Auto Cad, 3D Max, Photoshop)
- Able to speak English
- Self motivated, creative, excellent interpersonal skills, accurate, hardworker
- Having problem solving skill, detail oriented, and responsible person
- Able to communicate with all level of people is advantage
- Willing to be placed in "Green Bay Pluit" North Jakarta
