Responsibilities:
- Provide overall HR leadership for the organization, both in terms of providing clear strategic direction for the function and ongoing operational support and guidance.
- Responsible for the strategic plan of human resources function.
- In charge of manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relation.
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation.
- Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Report directly to Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration/Management, Human Resource, Psychology, and Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): provide overall HR leadership for the organization, set up balance scorecard, implementing KPI to all divisions, evaluating employee, Industrial Relation Act.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
