Responsibilities:
- Plan, source, identify and place the right person for Middle and Senior Management Levels as well as Management Trainee positions both from Internal and External sources with the objectives to support availability of high quality talent
- Coordinate with HR Business Partner or Users for strategic hiring, monitor and/or perform recruitment of Management Trainee and internship program
- Update recruitment policies and communicate to all relevant parties, monitor practice periodically in order to maintain consistency and ensure compliance to the policy
- Handle people management and budget management
Requirements:
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree, in any background
- Work experience min. 6 -8 years in human resources management, with exposures in recruitment and talent management, preferably from banking industry
- Having excellent knowledge of interviewing and sourcing skills, HR Basic knowledge and Banking Network
- Delivering excellent services and building trust competency
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills and also a team player
- The position is for senior managerial level
