Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Others, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s):
- Have in depth knowledge of labor law and government regulation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Good analytical and focus on detail.
- Experience in managing compensation and benefit.
- Able to establish effective relationships with people of other culture and backgrounds.
- Able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintains trust, respects, and supports others.
- Strive to earn the trust of colleagues and partner.
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Computer literate.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Melak,Kutai Barat.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
