RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Make a plan to reach a production target
- Make a planning schedule per day, per week, and per month
- Control the man power to match the target
- Control production division to make sure all process meet target
- Develop discipline and employee responsibility
- Make decision and give solution for problems that arise in production
REQUIREMENT :
- Male / Female max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree all major, preferably from Textile Art and Design (Kriya Tekstil) or Industrial Engineering
- Min 1 year experience in supervisory level from production division in garment industry
- Good knowledge in garment construction, pattern and fitting in woven
- Have strong leadership, good communication, creative, and analitycal thinking
- Fluent in english (Written and Spoken)
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be stationed in Jakarta Selatan
