JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Selling holiday and travel products to customers;
- Responsible in issued domestic ticket and international ticket;
- Handling customer orders and payments;
- Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules;
- Undertaking general administration;
- Advising clients about passports, vaccinations, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, car parking, car hire abroad and excursions in resorts;
- Dealing with complaints;
- Using and updating IT skills, since information on holiday packages and bookings is usually accessed via a network;
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Minimal educational background is SMIP/SMK/SMU
- Having minimal 2 years experiences in the same field
- Qualified in reservation and issuing ticket for domestic and international
- Fluently in English both oral and written
- Willingly to travel and work at any branches of company
- Having a passion in tourism industry, and "Service Excellence" attitude
