Persyaratan:
- Possess a bachelor degree from reputable University, majoring from Psychology/Law/Human Resources.
- Knowledgeable in Industrial Relation, Performance Management, C&B, Training, Employee Relation, Recruitment, GA & Formalities.
General Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferable from manufacturing company
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical skill and good in numbers
- Competences in computer skills, particularly in MS Office ( Excel )
- Able to work under pressure
