The candidate will report to BOD and will handle the following activities:
- Create and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company business
- Experience in developing and improving HR system
- In-depth knowledge in HR activities (recruitment& selection, people development, Indonesian Manpower law and regulation
Qualification as bellow :
- Male or female
- A bachelor degree from Law, Psychology or HR Management
- At least 5 years of experience at the same position
- Age range of 30 – 40 years old
- Has strong personality, independent and self starter
- Has a good communication and interpersonal skill
- Computer literacy
- Proficient in English and understand Mandarin
