Lowongan HRD Executive – HRD Generalist

Job Objective
- Oversee a full spectrum of HRD & GA function, personnel administration, compensation & benefits, industrial relation & office management.

Responsibilities
- Handling grievances, counseling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline and compliance
- Handling payroll supporting activities, such as medical claim, absence and overtime
- Build a high performing HRD & GA team, ensure governance of HR Policies and processes
- Dealing with employment disputes and complaints
- Ensure HRIS data are correct and up to date
- Consolidate and analyzing monthly reports
- Administration payroll and benefits, also other related

Requirements
- Female
- Age Max. 30 years old
- Education min Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economic, Law or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years working experience as HRD Generalist
- Excellent in English written and spoken
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong logical thinking & analytical skills, team work attitude, solid sense of confidentiality & discretion
- Good interpersonal, fast learner, self initiative/motivation, and communication skill
- Proactive , energic, mature and passionate, adaptable to different environment and strong self starter, flexible & communicative
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines, develop & maintain highly effective relationship externally & internally
- Have a good conversant with labor laws/practices & employment policies
- Strong in HR database or system for maintaining accurate and up to date records
