Responsibilities:
- Having good Industrial Relation with government such as DepNaKer, Jamsostek, and advanced knowledge in Indonesia Labor Act or Manpower Regulation also handiness in handling employee industrial relation and industrial dispute settlement (employee cases, contracts, etc).
- Understand Indonesian labor law (No. 13/2003) and related regulation.
- Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation also delivering training itself.
- Planning and organizational development measures for implementation
- Maintain networking with internal and external parties
- Monitoring and controlling the activities of recruitment, Career development & assessment, policy formulation and program development HR system
Requirements:
- Male / Female.
- Candidate min Bachelor's Degree (Preferable Master Degree), Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent from reputable University.
- At least 7-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in written & spoken Bahasa Indonesia & English, excellent communication pleasant personality and interpersonal skill.
- Required skill(s): Psychological Exams Administration, Interview Skill
- Willing to travel.
- Having experience in oil and gas or trading industry would be an advantage.
- Excellent in logical thinking, analytical skill and innovative problem solving
- Proactive, hard working, discipline, result oriented
- Hard worker, responsible, fast learner, creative, proactive, loyal and trustworthy.
- Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire.
- Communicative and able to work as a team
- Good personality, inter-personal skill and communication skill
- Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
- Reliable and initiative with good planning and self management
- Discipline, creative, initiative, punctual, and ready work immediately
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure, deadlines and over long hours independently with minimum supervision.
