Qualifications :
- Candidate must have minimum Bachelor Degree of Hotel Management/ Labor Law / Psychology/ Management Educational Background.
- Candidate must have same or related job experience minimum for 2 years.
- Mastering computer operation for "Office Program" (writing, spread sheet, presentation, & internet).
- Mastering knowledge & skill of Human Resource Training & Development.
- Mastering Government Regulation related to Human Resources and Hotel Operations.
- Strong Leadership and able to work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of Quality Management System & Hotel Operations.
- Willing to reside in Palembang
- Good command in English writing & speaking.
- Candidate must be able to work in under pressure situation, play role as problem solver, and eye to detail.
- Candidate must have pleasant personality and performance.
