- Male or Female, preferably not more than 35 years old
- Bachelor degree of Law from reputable university , with GPA 2.75
- More than 2 years of working experience in related field
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience of leading business-oriented organization
- Understand about Indonesian Law (especially common law, civil law and criminal law)
- Mastering law of corporate, agrarian and contact
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good interpersonal skills, energetic and creative
- Persistent, have strong will to success and a fast learner
- Able to work independently or as parts of a team
- Good computer skills
- Willing to travel
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drafting contract and preparing any legal documents
- Review draft to find weaknesses and advantages as well as anticipation of the constraints of implementation of the agreement or damages that may be suffered by the company and provide a solution to its completion.
- Ensure any agreement made by company is in accordance with the laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Provide legal opinions / legal advices on corporate issues or company's plans relating to the regulations issued by the government.
