Lowongan Receptionist cum Office Administrator (Contract)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, hold and transfer accordingly.
- Preparation and application of VISA for travellers as and when require.
- Arrange for hotel accommodations for incoming guests.
- Coordinate with office building maintenance officer on problems relating to the entire office.
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers on maintenance of office equipments, eg. Fax machines/copiers/door access system, telephone system, etc.
- Assist HR Department in the function
- IT local support

Your Qualifications
- Female with max. age 30 years old
- Diploma degree with min. 1 year experience in MNC
- High motivated person and customer oriented mindset
- Good in English (Spoken & Written)
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
