Role of this position is responsible to:
- Ensure operational of contractor follows PTAR operational plan and standard safety, health, environment and community
- Ensure the best practice of mining process applied on daily operational with safety, cost efficient and focus on target achievement
- Maintain good communication with mine contractor
- Monitor and report on contractors compliance to the contract
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience an Hard Rock Mining Supervision
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kecamatan Batang Toru - Tapanuli Selatan.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas, Engineering - Others or equivalent.
- Minimum Senior High School
- Minimum POP Certification
- Good communication in English
- Basis pit safety induction
- Fleet Management Experience
- Good people Management & Motivator
- Hands on with Mining Equipment is added value
- Familiar with Grade Control and Practice
- Good time management on Field Execution
- Experience to Production Control on quality/quantity aspect
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Martabe Mine site camp has established facilities in the township of Batangtoru.
