- Having 5 years working experience in the same position
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, and regulatory compliance of the company.
- Able to review corporate and commercial agreements of the group as well as providing professional advice and consultation on legal matters.
- Able to review and providing advice on various legal documentation and contracts
- Good Communication and Report Writing
- Familiar with filling system
- Fluent in English communication both oral and written
- Computer literate (MS Windows, MS Office, Excel, Open Office)
