Tanggung Jawab:
- Reporting to the Country Manager & managing a centre team.
- Overall responsibility for the sales and operations of a business centre
- Sales focused, over achieving revenue targets through selling offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, membership cards and video conferencing.
- Proactively generate leads & manage the entire sales cycle from leads to negotiation to closing deals
- Leads the centre team in delivering ''wow'' customer service

Persyaratan:
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 8-10 years experience in a similar role
- Proven sales success through direct sales in a fast paced B2B sales environment
- Outstanding commercial acumen with excellent customer service attitude
- Professional communication skills with the ability to network at senior levels & build strong business relationships
- Good command of spoken & written English & local language
- Experience in commercial real estate / hospitality will be a definite advantage
