Tanggung Jawab:
Assisting Corporate Legal Head with legal reviewing, verifying and drafting legal opinions, MOUs, contracts, and business agreements
Persyaratan:
- Male / Female, max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same position
- Capable of verifying legal documents, reviewing and drafting legal opinions, MOU, contracts, business agreements
- Analyzing corporate legal disputes
- Having good networking with external legal officers
- Having good relation with related government officers and institutes
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Good command of English both oral and written
