Requirements:
While technical skills are critical for us, we are looking for developers to participate in our small team who are incredibly professional, disciplined
and focused.
To join our small team you should have in general:

- Thinking low-level and working high-level
- Willing to work in startups environment and taking more than one roles in development
- Willing to work in Malang - EastJava, Indonesia
And you should have some technical Skills:
- Strong and experience in Python, Nosql database system like MongoDB, Redis
- Experience with Linux/Unix environment with basic administration
- Experience with standard web development (protocols, techniques and tools)
- Practical and strong knowledge in OOP, OOAD, design and architectural patterns concepts & implementation
- Knowledgeable in low level programming languages (C/C++) would be preferable
