Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree: Law
- Working experience: at least 5-6 years experience in managing Legal (Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory issue) and at least 3 years at managerial level
- Strong capabilities in dealing with legal matters; agreements, laws and regulations that related to the business of the company, corporate documentations, etc
- Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)
