Responsibilties:
- Business Analysis and process re-design in the context of an ERP implementation;
- Ability to analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet client's requirements and objectives To provide advisory consulting, hands on
assistance, and support on project related tasks necessary to successfully complete customer implementations of the Microsoft
Dynamics ® CRM solutions;
- Manage process and system testing,
Create documentation Perform key-user team and end-user team training
Knowledge of the MS Dynamics CRM solutions and Microsoft SharePoint is an advantage
Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of functional software experience
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions is required
- Preferably with Microsoft SharePoint experience
- Overseas technical support experience is an added advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Be able to advise companies and analyze their business requirements
- Be customer focused and results oriented Be a good communicator
- Enjoy being part of a small team in a busy environment
- Enjoy working closely with a variety of clients
- Be excited by adding real value to your clients
- Be available for interstate travel
