Tanggung Jawab:
1. Leading Sub Branch accordance with the mission and the guidelines
and directives outlined the company's Board of Directors, and / or
management offices.
2. Take the initiative and learn-program program to increase
profitability while lowering the cost elements
3. Develop and execute business plans and marketing
4. Advocate the inclusion of financial resources in the form of
savings, current accounts, deposits and other forms dalamporsi-best
servings
5. Responsible for supervision of all office activities Sub Branch
6. Coordinate with the branch manager in the regions of work in the
context of their duties as responsible Sub Branch
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
/ Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Managers/ Head Marketing specializing in
Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
- Male or female, age max. 45 years old
- Have a good analitycal thinking and problem solving skills
- Have a strong marketing, leadership & excellent interpersonal skill
- Have the ability to undertake heavy workload & responsible in
achieving sub branch target and maintain service quality and operation
the sub
branch
- Have a brief general syariah banking
