Main responsibilities are:
- Overseeing the general laboratory, technical and administrative functions of the technical department;
- Responsible for the local development of new products innovated from the group;
- Responsible for the quality aspects of products manufactured;
- Responsible for technical services given to and attention to technical complaints by the customers;
- Leading a team of laboratory and operation technicians to ensure smooth operational performances;
- Implementing system for standard practices and continuous improvement;
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Science Degree majoring in Chemistry, Applied/Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills;
- At least 5 years working experience in the technical or supervisory functions within a manufacturing environment, especially in the chemical industry;
- Can work independently and under pressure;
- Proficient in English;
- Willing to travel especially within Indonesia;
