Tanggung Jawab:
- Request receiving financial documents to the finance, posting journals, reviewing general ledger, draft financial statements, and make a final financial report for approval to the Center Director
- Perform bank reconciliation (comparing general ledger accounts with the bank), which includes editing the bank reconciliation
Persyaratan:
- Age 30-40 years
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University
- Experience at least 5 years in Finance & Accounting
- Posses ability to successfully manage department, schedules and budget
- Good understanding of accounting/tax/audit/currency controls in Indonesia
- Preferably has experience in financial planning/analysis
- Proficient in speaking and written in English
- Mature and pleasant personality with excellent communication
- Flexible, enthusiastic, self motivated and a team player
- Experience in the real estate/property industry would be an advantage
- Will be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang
