Tanggung Jawab:
1. Monitoring and analyzes issues/developments/trends involving employees, local government, local media, community and consumer groups which may affect the interests of the Company and Sales Operations and provide Management with advice and acts either as spokesperson or in any other appropriate capacity that will help Management deal with such issues and trends.
2. Develops communication plans, strategies and tools together with the appropriate department or personnel in sales operations on issues that concern stakeholders.
3. Lobbies for specific legislation or ordinances, and building and nurturing a network of contacts and allies among media, government, non-government organizations, the academe and other sectors that will provide support for the communication and promotion of PTD and JDI.
4. Prepares and disseminates employee and business partners publications, press/ photo releases, other editorial materials, and scripts for audio-visual presentations and staged events, conducts plant tours and briefings, and provides such other communication support activities to the sales and plant operations management that will enhance its relationships with stakeholders and business interests and public image.
5. Manages social development program in communities and collaboration with SMBP-Communication and, whenever necessary, with other San Miguel corporate or division/ subsidiary/ affiliate programs or the programs of the Phil. Business for Social Progress benefiting the recipient communities.
6. Conducts researches and develops data-based measurement of the cost-effectiveness of communications strategies and tools, and development of adoption of communication technologies that will enhance the function and promote optimum utilization of resources.
7. To maintain an updated record of all government regulations related to the operations of the Company, such as (but not limited to) Stock Market regulations, Corporate laws and Labor Laws.
8. To immediately advice management on any regulations, whether promulgated or still to be promulgated, which has impact on the operation of the company.
9. To maintain a master list of all necessary permits and licenses for the continued operation of the company and to initiate the renewal when the licenses are about to expire.
10. To coordinate with agencies and government offices in the processing of necessary government documents, permits and licenses.
11. To ensure that all original copies of permits and licenses are properly filed and safe kept.
12. Reviews all contracts which the company will enter into and give advice to management on its merits.
13. To maintain a good working relationship with Capital Market Authorities, Stock Exchange Authorities (KSEI), BAPEPAM, Government Institutions, BKPM and prepare necessary reports as required by these offices.
14. To assisting execution of The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
15. To coordinate with Management and external law firms in representing the company in legal proceedings.
16. To perform other related tasks which the management may require.
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Candidate must have License Advocate
- Minimum 3 year(s) working experience in law firm or legal department in public listed company.
- Good command in english, both oral and written
- Computer Literate
- Have technical and practical knowledge in handling legal aspects and matters
- Applicants must be willing to work in BEKASI TIMUR.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
