Requirements:
- Male/female, age between 25-30 years old
- Education Bachelor Degree (S1) graduates from reputable university majoring in Psychology, Law, HR Management
- Have min. 3 years experience in similar position and related field
- Excellent knowledge in HR procedures and processes, performance appraisal, recruitment, Indonesian labor law and regulation, Jamsostek, Staff Insurance, industrial relation, including expatriate formalities
- Computer literate, active in English written and verbal (Mandarin will be priority)
- Good responsibility, highly motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team, well organized and perform multi tasking skill
- Stay in Jakarta area or posses own transport
- Meticulous and proactive
- Able to work under pressure and flexible concerning working hours
