Requirements:
- Male/female, age max. 35 years old
- Education minimal Bachelor Degree from Psychology from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75
- Highly motivated with excellent service attitudes
- Have Analytical skill & Good Integrity
- Should be able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Having minimum 2-5 years experiences as recruitment selection or assessment staff (preferable in Manufacturing Japanese Company)
- Have good leadership skill, communications skill and innovative problem solver
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Working location at Bekasi
