people to fill the post of Project Manager, to be placed as our Permanent
Staff.
- Male/Female, 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor degree with a minimum GPA 3.00 of 4 from reputable university
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- English literate, both oral and written
- Computer literate (MS. Word, Excel, Power point, Visio)
- Good self motivation, strong analytical reasoning and team player
- Having experience in Project Management/Operation will be an advantage
- Having knowledge of business process/ business analyst will be an advantage
- Having a strong communication skill and service oriented person
Responsibility:
- Monitor all projects in the process to ensure the four aspects, scope of the works, completion time, budget and quality of the results.
- Gather project requirements and to prepare business requirements.
- Prepare project planning and conduct Project Kick off Meeting (internal & external)
- Conduct coordination / communicate with internal team & Clients in order to run the project in proper quality (issues, problem solving, etc)
- Monitor day to day operation, and to ensure the operation meet the agreed SLA / KPI
- Ensure project documentations are available.
