Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multi-finance company (motorcycle leasing), which is seeking a Head of Organizational Development, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be based in Head Office and will handle appraisals, reviews, evaluations and analysis in alignment with the organization’s goal. The successful applicant will report directly to the head of Training and Recruitment and oversee 2-3 staff.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Create and handle performance appraisals
- Conducts organizational structure review
- Craft talent mapping and other talent management related matters
- Conduct competency development
- Conduct job evaluation and job analysis
- Craft corporate culture
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 years of Organizational Development experience
- Experience in financing/leasing company is preferable
- Knowledge in creating OD tools
- Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (able to communicate throughout all channels/levels)
- Fluent in English
- Good team player
- Able to multitask
- Creative
- Analytical
