Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multi-finance company (motorcycle leasing), which is seeking a head of training section, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be based at head office, working in alignment with the Organization Development team to conduct training of staff in accordance to needs. The winning candidate will be reporting directly to the head of the Training and Recruitment Department, and oversee 2-3 staff.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Create and design training programs
- Implement and deliver training programs
- Conduct trainings in alignment with organization development reviews
- Handling training costs within budget
- Conducts ROI analysis on training programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ training experience
- Experience in financing/leasing company is preferable
- Knowledge of creating training programs
- Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (able to communicate throughout all channels/levels)
- Fluent in English
- Good team player
- Able to multitask
- Creative
- Analytical
