Requirements:
- Male / Female, Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree from Psychology with minimum GPA 2.75
- Having experience 2-3 years in HR area
- Own skills of Recruitment, Training, Organization & Systems Development and other HR Strategies
- Having experience in handling KPI based on Balance Score Card is preffered
- Good command in English verbal and written
- Good appearance & pleasant personality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High initiative, proactive, dynamic and able to work under pressure
