Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly payroll
- Assist in recruitment of contract staff
- Prepare employment contracts and correspondences
- Administer and update leave application and staff duty roster
- Maintain staff personnel files
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to
- Other administrative duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Possess a good professional qualification in Human Resource
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of local employment and labour laws
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills & positive working attitude
- Self motivated individual who can work independently and under pressure
- Diplomatic with sense of urgency and initiative
- A hand-on person with keen eye for details
- Meticulous and well organized
- Able to multi-task, ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to speak and write English
- Contract basis (renewable)
