Lowongan Personal Assistant to General Manager

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
- Management of the GM's schedule and calendar
- Coordinate and organize meetings
- Write and distribute minutes of meetings, when necessary
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Assist in preparation of presentations, correspondence, reports and documents
- Handle incoming mails and other materials
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and addressing queries
- Ownership of all travel arrangements, including itinerary management, generating expense claim and accommodations
- Handles HR/Admin duties as assigned by HRD

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree from reputable Secretarial Academy with min of 3 years' secretarial experiences or HR experiences
- Strong in Administration skill and ability to multi-task
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Female preferred
