Lowongan BREWERY MANAGER /MANAJER BREWERY

The Role
Key responsibilities will be :  
- Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.
- Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume
- Manage process and formulation of company products to ensure adherence to specification and performance targets
- Manages/conducts quality checks, process audits, and monitors production reports to ensure adherence to BBC quality standard and performance.
- Perform plant audit to ensure consistency/repeatability and help facilitate flavor agreement across the multi-plant system, audits to include process, formulation, and sanitation practices
- Monitoring of QA data and reporting and amends/adjusts process and formulation as needed for specification adherence
- Participates in daily taste panel to evaluate adherence to quality specification and flavor agreement
- Work with R & D team to develop new products and coordinates scaling of process and formulation to production scale
- Participates in market visits, works with sales team for alcohol tasting, wait staff education, draft audits, cocktail dinners, etc
- Coordinates brewing and quality and operations efforts to ensure timely procurement of raw materials for year-round beers, seasonal and specialty products
- Manages / initiates capital projects related to local brewery operations
- Provide timely update of process and formulation, materials utilization, etc to the company finance contact
- Recruit, hire, supervise and review performance of direct reports and develop staff professionally and technically to meet goals
- Manages an effective safety program, assures all employees are fully trained and continually monitors employees to verify that all safety policies and procedures are in compliance
- Manages sanitation of his area of responsibility to assure compliance with cGMPs.

Profile
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications :
- Dedicated and proven leader able to work hands-on and closely with all business functions. 
- Two years experience in a high production microbrewery environment 
- Experience in water, juice or other beverage manufacturing would also be beneficial. 
- High energy individu. 
- Independent thinking, strong organizational skills and planning abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential
- Bachelor's degree in Brewing Science, Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering
- Brewery experience in Brewing Management and/or Quality Assurance Management is an advantage
- Prior multi-plant experience a plus. 
- Proven knowledge of brewhouse and cellar operations.
- Proven ability to prioritize, make knowledgeable, quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience managing salaried and hourly staff
- Knowledge of  Process Improvement and Process Control.
