Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Human Capital strategies.
- Champion innovative, integrated, quality Human Capital solutions which attract, motivate, retain talent and facilitate organizational growth and the achievement of the corporate plan and strategy.
- Management of the Business Unit.
- Management of Resources (Human and Financial).
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 45 years old.
- Psychology/HR related post graduate degree (MM, MBA an advantaged).
- 5 or more years experience in the HR field including change management, Recruitment, HR Operations, Organizational Development and IR.
- 5 years experience in managerial position.
- Strong Conceptual and Strategical Thinking.
- Strong knowledge of HR Function.
- Excellent communication & relationship skill.
- Proficient in English both oral & written.
