Role & Responsibilities:-
- Develop Express cargo trucking business
- Have a sustainable and profitable business model
- Identify new areas that can be developed within trucking business in Indonesia
- integration of multiple logistics services
- Develop & expand customer base, develop Key Accounts
- Revenue and profit growth,
- Responsible for maintaining operational excellence
- Responsible for operational execution with key customers
- Streamline operational processes and develop SOP's.
- Follow KPI's for achieving productivity results.
- Responsible for the budget & business plan
- Develop personal relationships with high value accounts.
Operations Responsibilities:
Position carries responsibilities of:
- Revenue generation
- Profitability
- Vendor Management
- Return load Management
- To meet annual budget
- Building market share in Area
- Building sales team
- Developing key accounts
- Timely payment realization
- Setting up and developing channel partners (vendor on out sourced model)
- Optimization of operation cost
- Analysis of operating statements, business mix, margins and customer retention.
- Design of SOP & on time execution.
Customer Management
- Team Management – Reporting, Managing, Motivating
- Assist in the development of policies and systems through customers, associations and/or community interactions.
- Sales Responsibilities
- Executing Strategy of top management for developing Market share and profitability.
- Develop customers industry vertical wise
- Develop Key account customers
- Analysis of operating statements, business mix, margins and customer retention
Customer Management
- Managing team
- Administrative Responsibilities
Compliance of all statutory requirements
- Managing Team

- Should be Graduate, preference will be given to professionals
Skills Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have proficiency in English & Local Language.
- Conceptual and Analytical skills
- Team Management
- Leadership skills
- Well versed with logistics norms of the country and local logistics environment.
- Industry contacts with various vendors, suppliers, contractors
- Well versed with regulatory and legal aspects of the country. Deep understanding of legal, taxation and other regulatory aspects of the country is desired.
- Must have flair to build relations with external and other legal authorities for smooth conduct of business
Experience:
- 10- 12 years or more of work experience in Express cargo and trucking sector of logistics industry,
