Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment process
- Conduct payroll calculation include overtime, allowance, medical reimbursement process, insurance, Jamsostek (Compensation & Benefit System), etc
- Conduct Performance Appraisal for employees
- Conduct Job - Salary Scale
- Preparing Job Description & Job Specification for all position
- Preparing training & development program for employees
- Preparing Company Regulation
- Budgeting Human Resource Program & Development
- In charge of making employments contract
- Conducts new employee orientations, and ensures personnel are well informed of human resource policies and programs
- Provide implementation, administration, and timely & consistent interpretation of company policies, services and programs to increase employee effectiveness and to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees
- In any give condition accept and carry out other tasks which are reasonably assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum age 35 years (Preferable Female)
- Minimum bachelor degree (S1) majoring Psychology/Management
- At least having 2 years of experience as HRD Manager
- Ability to analyze requirements of vacant positions and establish appropriate tools used for the selection & evaluation process for employees.
- Able to conduct and interpret Psycho test along with other recruitment technique appropriate with each job position
- Understand Organization structure and role of each job
- Providing for the implementation, administration, and timely & consistent interpretation of company policies, services and programs to increase employee effectiveness and to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees
- Having experience in training and people development program
- Having good social skill, leadership, managerial, administration and communication skill
- Able to do Job Analysis and Action Plan
- Able to create employment contract
- Update with government info about labor
- Able to do counseling
