Tanggung Jawab:
- Develop & implement a quality inspection and reporting system, inspection and process instructions, in accordance with the team approach
- Coordinate & control of all operational quality related activities in a shift and area
- Assure all cares meet the vehicle safety and quality requirements
- Support the quality operations manager in developing the quality goals and establishing strategies to meet targets
- Conduct quality control, buy off and audit activities
- Support actively the continuous improvement & innovation process
- Control the quality of incoming parts
Persyaratan:
- Bachelor Or Associate Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive, preferably in 4 wheels
- Knowledge & experience of quality control in manufacturing operations and facilities
- Knowledge of quality system, e.g. ISO 9000
- Previous experience in a Japanese team based production system (preferred)
- Deep understanding of the lean manufacturing production process and management system
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, negotiation, and cooperative, leadership skills and ability to coach
- Proven problem solving/ Kaizen skills
