Tanggung Jawab:
- Lead and manage all activities of Concrete Quality Control, and Quality Assurance to produce good product quality, high value and achieved budged profitability in safe and efficient manner
- To be actively managed the establishment of additional concrete operations, which is will support the long term business objectives of the company
Persyaratan:
- Education: Bachelor's / Diploma degree of Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5 years in concrete & aggregate / cement management
- Computer literacy : Microsoft, SAP, CMD qc, and other program support
Language : Good command in English oral and written
- Other qualification / skills : Knowledge of Concrete technology and updated, Good negotiation and communication skill, Good Financial and Mathematic skill, Strong analytical and problem solving skill, Able to act as Midfield in coordination and collaboration with others cross function, Excellent in leadership and coaching skill, Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
