Tanggung Jawab:
- Performing various accounting functions relating to front-line accounting transactions, scheduling of closing of accounts, preparations & analyzing of accounting/financial reports
- Maintain full sets accounts, fixed assets register & audit schedules
- Preparation of Invoices, Debit Note & Credit Note
- Handles Petty Cash & Staff claims administration
- Prepare & liaise with tax consultants on submission of monthly tax reporting
- Able to work under dateline & pressure
- Other Ad-hoc Finance & Admin duties assigned from time to time
- Candidate will be working at our Jakarta office
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Business studies/Management, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the accounting.
- Proficient in MS Excel & powerpoint skills
- Experience in SAP system will be an added advantage
- Analytical and independent with drive
- Able to start work immediately with short notice
