Tanggung Jawab:
- Monitor IT infrastructure support (hardware and equipment), including preventive maintenance (anti virus protection, software), trouble shooting (PC, LAN) and communication lines (PABX), in order to ensure IT infrastructures in all offices are working properly and effectively
- Installing and configuring computer
hardware operating systems and applications (PCs and Servers)
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks configuration Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Replacing parts as required Develop and maintain continuous relationship with hardware and software maintenance vendors, in order to ensure reliable supports in case of IT problems and maintenance
- Backup data daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
Persyaratan:
- Male
- Max 30 years old
- Min S1 Teknik informatika atau Sistem informatika
- Having experience in this field at least 2 years
- Capable in dealing with system and
networking (LAN / Wireless LAN)
- Capable in O/S Linux, mail server, ftp server, and windows server
- Capable in programming
- Capable in organizing data base
- Capable in PC & LAN trouble shooting
- Capable in server organizing (internet sharing / email)
- English literate
- Used to work in a team or individually
- Have good communication ability and hard worker
