Tanggung Jawab:
- Provide support relating to hardware (notebooks, desktops, printers), O/S & telecommunication
- Support for network & security devices installation
- Manage IT assets & administration
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in supporting Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2010, Networking & PABX System
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, router, and networking.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with end-user using verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill.
- Should be able to work independently and as team player
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
